The Studio Policy: Intentionality & Care

At Dawn Roeske Studio, every piece—whether a Somatic Relic or a digital tool—is created to help you map your own path through the Mental Forest. We value clarity and intention here. Because of the energetic and immediate nature of this work, all sales are generally final.

The "No-Go" List (Non-returnable items):

• Digital Downloads: You can’t un-see a file or un-learn a neural map. Once these are sent, they are yours forever.

• Somatic Relics (Original Art): These are one-of-a-kind, hand-inked originals. Please choose with your heart; we do not accept returns for "change of mind."

When Life Happens (Damages & Issues): However, we are humans, not robots. If a delivery driver decides to play football with your package, or if the digital gremlins eat your download link, we’ve got you.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it is defective, damaged, or simply the wrong item, email us at hello@dawnroeske.com immediately so we can fix it.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to us. Since our art is one-of-a-kind, direct exchanges aren't usually possible, but we will help you find a solution.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period: For our friends in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your physical order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. (Note: This right is waived for digital content once the download has started!)

Refunds: If a refund is the only path forward (e.g., we oversold a unique piece), we’ll process it instantly to your original payment method. Please remember your bank or credit card company can sometimes take a few days to catch up.
