The Studio Terms: Boundaries & Agreements

Welcome to Dawn Roeske Studio. This website is my digital home, and by visiting or purchasing from me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Think of this as the "House Rules" for our time together.

1. Intellectual Property (The "I Made This" Clause) Everything on this site—the artwork, the Neural Mapping™ concepts, the "Somatic Relics," the images of Bailey and Prince, and the words you are reading—is the intellectual property of Dawn Roeske.

  • You may not: Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission.

  • Digital Downloads: When you buy a digital tool, you are purchasing a license for personal use only. You cannot email the file to 20 friends or upload it to a public server. It is for your own healing practice.

2. Accuracy & Pricing I am an artist and a human, not a machine. Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions or availability. I reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

3. Third-Party Links I may link to other sites (like specialized art supplies or mental health resources). I am not responsible for the content or accuracy of those outside worlds. Click with curiosity, but at your own risk.

4. Personal Information Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: I protect your data like I protect my own peace.

5. Prohibited Uses In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose.

  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

  • To train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models on my artwork without my explicit, written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability My art and coaching tools are designed to support your emotional regulation and clarity, but they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy. By using this site, you agree that Dawn Roeske Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
