Shipping & Delivery: From the Studio to Your Sanctuary

At Dawn Roeske Studio, we deal in two kinds of delivery: the instant digital kind and the slow, careful physical kind. Here is how both work.

1. Digital Downloads (The Instant Gratification)

  • Delivery Speed: Immediate.

  • How it works: As soon as your payment clears, the digital gremlins will whisk a download link directly to your email inbox. You’ll also see a download button on the checkout confirmation page.

  • Troubleshooting: If 15 minutes pass and you don’t see an email, check your Spam/Junk folder (or the "Promotions" tab if you use Gmail). Still nothing? Email me at hello@dawnroeske.com and I’ll sort it out.

2. Physical Art & Somatic Relics (The Snail Mail)

  • Processing Time: I am a solo artist, not a big-box warehouse. Please allow 3–5 business days for me to carefully package your artwork before it heads to the post office. "Somatic Relics" are packed with archival care to ensure they survive the journey.

  • Carriers: I typically ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of the piece. Tracking numbers are always provided so you can watch your package’s journey across the map.

3.

3. Studio Prints & Merch (The Partner Network)

  • Split Shipments: To keep my studio spacious (and because I can’t store 500 mugs in my living room), some items like art prints, journals, and apparel are created and shipped by my trusted manufacturing partners.

  • Separate Packages: If you order a hand-inked "Somatic Relic" and a printed mug, they will likely arrive in separate packages and on different days. Don't panic if only half your order shows up first—the rest is on its way.

  • The Buck Stops Here: Even though I didn't tape up the box myself, I am still responsible for the quality. If your print arrives looking wonky or the item is defective, email me at hello@dawnroeske.com. I will handle the issue with the manufacturer so you don’t have to.

4.  International Shipping

  • Yes, I ship globally. Art has no borders.

  • Customs & Duties: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department. These fees are your responsibility as the buyer; I have no control over them and cannot predict what they might be.

5. The "Porch Pirate" Clause

  • Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, the responsibility shifts to you. If you have a tricky delivery situation, please keep an eye on your tracking number or arrange for a safe drop-off spot.

  • Lost in Transit: If the carrier loses your package before it gets to you, email me. We’ll track it down or find a solution together.
